Can you believe that 2018 is winding down already? We’ve had another great year in Sheffield! Our pool had a great season, we had our Farmers Market once again, Holiday Open Houses in December, and the development of Third Thursdays which is gaining a great deal of popularity!! We are so blessed to live in such an awesome community! That being said, so many great things in our community cannot happen without the support of our businesses, residents, and outside supporters! The City of Sheffield is reaching out to you this year with two different ways to support the community! Flag Sponsorship This will be the second year of our main street flag sponsorship program! We all believe that the addition of the Iowa & Untied States flags has really added something special to our downtown area! The cost to sponsor a flag is only $50 for the year! This helps to cover the cost of replacing and maintaining flags and poles along with the labor to put them up and take them down throughout the year! If you would like to participate in one of these programs, please complete the enclosed form and return it to Sheffield City Hall by Wednesday October 31st at 4:30PM.
